With over 25 years of yoga practice, T became a 200-hour teacher and later achieved T's 500-hour qualification. As a certified Reiki practitioner and sound healer, T guide students toward wellness and inner peace in a warm, nurturing environment.


Each session incorporates breath work, meditation, qigong, general yoga postures, and relaxation techniques designed to help everyone relax, soothe the central nervous system, calm the mind, and build strength and flexibility.


Yoga is not just about flexibility; it can also assist with various physical issues, including back and joint pain, as well as menstrual and menopause symptoms.


Worried you're not flexible enough? Remember, yoga is about the feelings you cultivate inside rather than just the postures. It's all about building a toolkit to cope with life's stresses through breath. I provide options, adjustments, and props to support your practice.
